Benki ya NBC Yawafunda Wanawake Kuhusu Ubora wa Bidhaa na Mikopo
Mkurugenzi wa Taasisi ya Wafanyabiashara wanawake Tanzania (TABWA) Bi Noreen Mawala (kushoto), akikabidhi zawadi kwa niamba ya wanawake wajasiliamali nchini kwenda kwa Meneja Mahusiano wa Benki ya NBC, Bi Consolatha Shayo (Kulia) na Meneja Bidhaa na Huduma za Kibenki kutoka Benki ya hiyo Bw Jonathan Bitababaje (katikati) ikiwa ni ishara ya kutambua mchango wa benki hiyo katika kuwasaidia na kuwawezesha wanawake wajasiliamali nchini. Makabidhiano hayo yalifanyika jana wakati wa kufunga Maonesho ya Wafanyabiashara wanawake Tanzania yaliyodhaminiwa na Benki ya NBC, yaliyofanyika jijini Dar es Salaam.Meneja Mahusiano wa Benki ya NBC, Bi Consolatha Shayo akizungumza WANAWAKE WAFANYA BIASHARA na washiriki wa maonesho hayo waliohudhulia mafunzo ya ujasiliamali yaliyodhaminiwa na benki ya NBC kwa kushirikiana na TABWA pamoja na wadau wengine ili kuwatia shime wanawake katika ujasiliamali
Meneja Mahusiano wa Benki ya NBC, Bi Consolatha Shayo (kushoto), akikabidhi cheti cha ushiriki wa mafunzo hayo kwa mmoja kati ya washiriki waliohudhuria semina hiyo.
Dar es Salaam: Machi 8, 2021: Wanawake wajasiliamali na wafanyabiashara nchini wameshauriwa kuongeza jitiahada zao zaidi katika kuboresha zaidi mawazo ya biashara sambamba na kuongeza ubora za wa bidhaa zao ili kuongeza ushawishi kwa taasisi za kifedha nchini ziweze kuwakopesha kwa urahisi.
Akizungumza wakati wa kufunga Maonesho ya Wafanyabiashara wanawake Tanzania yaliyofanyika jijini Dar es Salaam kwa siku nne, Meneja Mahusiano wa Benki ya NBC, Bi Consolatha Shayo alisema taasisi za kifedha zinashawishika zaidi kutoa mikopo kwa kuzingatia ubora wa wazo la biashara na sio jina au jinsia ya mkopaji.
Alisema hiyo ndio sababu benki hiyo imekuwa mstari wa mbele kuhakikisha inaendelea kuwaongezea ujuzi wajasiliamali hao ili kuboresha mawazo na bidhaa zao ili kuwajengea uwezo utakaowezesha kufanya biashara zao kwa weledi na kutengeneza faida itayowawezesha kurejesha mikopo yao.
“Ndio maana kupitia wataalamu ambao tunawatumia kutoa elimu kwa wajasiliamali kupitia maonesho kama haya, tumekuwa tukifundisha na kusisitiza sana juu ya umuhimu wa kujenga zaidi majina ya bidhaa zao kuliko majina yao binafsi kwa kuwa taasisi za kifedha zinatazama zaidi biashara zao na sio jinsia wala majina yao binafsi,’’ alisema Consolatha.
Pamoja na kudhamini maonesho hayo, benki hiyo pia iliandaa programu kadhaa za mafunzo kwa wajasiliamali ikiwemo kliniki ya biashara kwa kushirikisha taasisi na mamlaka mbalimbali ikiwemo Wakala wa Usajili wa Biashara na Leseni (Brela) na Shirika la Viwango Tanzania (TBS).
Zaidi benki hiyo ilitumia fursa hiyo kutangaza huduma zake mahususi kwa ajili ya wanawake na wajasiliamali zikiwemo akaunti za NBC kua Nasi na akaunti mpya ya Johari.
“NBC Kua nasi ni akaunti maalum kabisa kwa wote wanaojihusisha na biashara ndogo ndogo kama vile mama na baba lishe, wenye maduka ya reja reja, wasindikaji wa vyakula na mazao, bodaboda, wazabuni wa taasisi mbalimbali wakati akaunti ya Johari ni mahususi kwa ajili ya wanawake na inawezesha kuweka akiba kidogo kidogo kwa kianzio cha shilingi 10,000 tu. Akaunti zote hizi hazina makato ya mwezi,’’ alisema.
Kwa upande wake Mkurugenzi wa Taasisi ya Wafanyabiashara wanawake Tanzania (TABWA) Bi Noreen Mawala ambae taasisi yake ndio iliratibu maonesho hayo pamoja na kuipongeza benki ya NBC pamoja na wadau wengine kwa kufanikisha maonesho hayo, alisema taasisi hiyo kwasasa inaandaa safari ya mafunzo na maonesho ya biashara katika nchi za Oman na Comoro ili kutoa fursa kwa wafanyabiashara hao kutangaza biashara zao katika mataifa hayo.
“Baada ya mafanikio kupitia maonesho haya yaliyokwenda sambamba na maadhimisho ya siku ya mwanamke Duniani tunatarajia kuwa na safari za maonesho ya biashara zetu katika nchi za Oman na Comoro ili kufungua milango zaidi ya kutangaza biashara zetu nje nchi,’’ alisema.

BENKI YA NBC YADHAMINI MAONESHO YA WAFANYA BIASHARA WANAWAKE TANZANIA
AKIBA COMMERCIAL BANK RECEIVES TSHS 17 BILLION IN STRATEGIC INVESTMENTS FROM THE NATIONAL BANK OF MALAWI

- Akiba Commercial Bank (ACB) has received Sh17 billion in strategic
investments from the National Bank of Malawi (NBM) in a merger that was
concluded February 2021.
Through the investment, Akiba Commercial
Bank has strengthened its capital base to meet requirements of the Bank
of Tanzania required for operations of commercial banks in the country.
Addressing
reporters at a press conference yesterday, Akiba Comercial Bank's
Acting Managing Director, Juliana Swai said the merger aimed at
strengthening the bank’s capital as required by the Bank of Tanzania.
“Akiba
Commercial Bank has been looking at the market demands as well as a
strategic investor or shareholder in order to strengthen the bank and
improve its services as well as starting more other services required in
the country’s market,” she said.
She pledged major and positive
changes in services delivery as well as systems of services delivery,
saying customers will be serviced with the highest integrity and
professionalism based on the experience from both institutions.
“We
also understand the bilateral relations between the two countries in
various areas including trade and creating an enabling environment for
trade prosperity through easy access of financial services.
